Would you be willing to take part in this exciting challenge to help us raise money for Love for Life.  As you Zip across the Lagan you will know that not only have you taken part in an incredible event but will have helped us raise very necessary funds to continue to develop our work.

As we begin our 11th year we would love to raise £11,000 through this Zip Line event.  Every penny will help us as we work towards our vision to influence change so that every young person will develop a healthy respect for themselves, relationships and sex.

The Zip line will be hosted by ALPS Scotland Ltd.  They have been running these events throughout the UK since 1996 and ALPS Scotland Ltd safety staff are trained to C.I.T.B., S.P.A. and Tractel safety standards.

The Company use a mobile crane which will be situated on the bank of the River Lagan in Belfast.  You will be hoisted up in a basket from which you will complete your Zip line challenge.

On the morning of the event you will meet at the registration area between the “Big Fish” and the Lagan Lookout at Donegal Quay.  You will be given a “registration time” which will be ½ hour before your  “Zip Slide” time.  You will finish on a “Landing platform” in the same area.  All Love for Life time slots are in the morning, so you will be finished in time for lunch!

All we ask is that you raise a minimum of £150 in sponsorship.

Contact info@loveforlife.org.uk or 02838820555 to register for this exciting event.

If you are unable to do the event yourself why not sponsor the ZipLiners who are supporting Love for Life at http://www.charitygiving.co.uk/zipliners
