Love for Life, in partnership with the SELB in the Southern Board and
the Diocesan Advisor in the Down and Connor Diocese, has developed and
delivers the programme ‘I’m Special; You’re Special’ to Primary 7
pupils.
“The topic of puberty was very sensitively
delivered.” (Teacher)
The presentation is adapted and delivered to suit the needs of the
school sector and covers issues including self-esteem, friendship,
choices and growing up, all centred around the uniqueness of the
individual from conception.

The presentation (3 hrs long) is very interactive and is supported
with teacher materials. Love for Life is also committed to ongoing
teacher training and development in order to ensure that teachers feel
confident in delivering the materials in the future.
