This programme contains three 2 hour sessions.
Housemates consists of three sessions for young people aged 10 to 12. Exploring the essentials of healthy relationships, Housemates will help young people to improve their knowledge, awareness and skills as they prepare for navigating the many different aspects of growing up.

- Value and uniqueness
- Puberty
- Development from conception to pregnancy
- Peer pressure, resilience, and assertive behaviour

- Respect for self and others
