This programme contains three 2 hour sessions.
Picture This consists of three sessions for young people aged 16 to 18. With a focus on self-worth, healthy relationships and sexual health, Picture This is an engaging programme that encourages and inspires them as they develop relationships with others.

- Self-esteem and worth
- Healthy relationships
- Consent
- Relationship skills
- Identifying influences and dealing with pressure
- Pornography and sexting
- Sexual health: STIs, pregnancy, contraception
